About The Position

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated individual to facilitate all training program modules for Team Members. This role involves effective interaction with the public and Team Members, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in the formulation of teaching outlines and instructional methods for various training formats. The position also includes reviewing and modifying existing training programs, implementing training modules, coordinating special recognition events, and maintaining accurate training records. The successful candidate will track and report on Team Member progress and maintain necessary training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
• Two years’ experience in training or group facilitation or three to four years’ experience in a related industry.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of instructional methods and training techniques.
• Computer literate in appropriate software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a casino or hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with the public and Team Members.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in formulating teaching outlines and instructional methods for training.
• Review, evaluate, and modify existing training programs.
• Implement training modules for Team Members and management.
• Coordinate special Team Member recognition and engagement events.
• Schedule Team Members and instructors for training classes.
• Maintain accurate training records in the training database.
• Facilitate course tests to measure progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Track and report on Team Member progress.
• Maintain inventory of training materials.
• Confer with department leaders to identify training needs.
• Assist in other HR specialty areas as needed.
• Perform any reasonable request made by management.
