A trainer at Worlds of Fun is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This is a Seasonal Hourly Position. Some specific responsibilities of a trainer at Worlds of Fun might include: Assist with training and overseeing the Leadership Training Curriculum. Train Orientation for New Hires/Rehires during Onboarding. Complete training in the LMS database on Dayforce and send out communication updates on certain training courses to departments across the park. Assisting with onboarding new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and reviewing information for accuracy and compliance. Responding to employee inquiries and concerns and referring them to the appropriate resources as needed. Maintaining employee records, including updating personal information, and tracking sick time. Assisting with development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the human resources department. Work on specialized projects in areas such as training, outfitters, compliance, and ambassador engagement/relations, as assigned. Assist in wardrobe distribution as directed by manager. This includes use of POS to properly "check out" uniforms to new hires, exchange uniforms for current ambassadors, and laundering returned uniforms prior to reshelving. Assist with communication of information to employees such as hanging flyers/posters, sending out communication texts or emails as needed.
