Trainer/Educator Volunteer- LGH Volunteers- Part-Time

The Volunteer Trainer/Educator is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs for volunteers at LGH. This role involves close collaboration with departmental staff to identify training needs for various internal systems and ensuring compliance with The Joint Commission standards. The trainer will coordinate training sessions for new and existing volunteers, maintain educational documentation, and adapt training materials as necessary.
