Trainer / Dining Room Server

Acts is currently seeking candidates for our Dining Room Server / Trainer position. Student friendly schedules, scholarship programs, & referral bonuses! In this role, you will be responsible for following established meal service standards and workflows, while creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. Greet residents and their guests, communicate menu items, and facilitate food and drink orders using iPads (POS). Clear tables, booths, and chairs, quickly working to turn tables for additional reservations. Run food, coordinate the delivery of condiments and other service items. Train new team members and support cross training of existing servers.
Requirements
- Entry level position with on-the-job training
- 1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed
