As a Trainer/Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, you will be part of a science-backed, technology-tracked workout program designed to deliver results from the inside out. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering predesigned workouts to groups of up to 42 clients. Your primary function will be to coach participants through scientifically designed interval training sessions, ensuring a safe and effective fitness experience. You will assist clients in achieving their fitness goals, build studio attendance, and promote brand recognition and compliance. With an established member base, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with your members and create a positive, high-energy environment in the studio. As a Coach, you will be expected to motivate and encourage clients throughout each session, modify exercises to accommodate various skill levels, and handle member concerns professionally. You will also be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the studio, leading a minimum of 8 training sessions per week, and attending mandatory meetings and workshops. This position requires flexibility, as you may need to work weekends and special events as directed by your Head Coach.
