SUMMARY The Trainee Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) position requires participation in the License Operator Training (LOT) Class, a preparatory program for the job of Operations Unit/Field Supervisor. Successful candidates must make satisfactory progress in preparation for passing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) SRO exam, develop leadership, performance management, and technical skills to perform supervisory job responsibilities, and complete the LOT program.
