About The Position

We are currently seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our dedicated team covering the Waltham Forest area. Competitive Salary Package: Start with a basic salary of £26,848 per annum plus £3000 London weighting. Expected OTE: £31,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available. Work-Life Balance: Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hr week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary. Requirements

Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.

Nice To Haves

Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
Completing accurate reports after every visit.
Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
