Minimum of 3 years of professional culinary or kitchen experience, preferably in fine dining or high -volume operations Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Strong foundational knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices Must be able to lift and carry items weighing over 20 pounds and stand for extended periods Ability to work efficiently in a fast -paced, team -oriented environment
