About The Position
The new graduate trainee program is a dynamic 18-month rotational program designed for previous BMW interns. Through this immersive experience, trainees will gain valuable insights into the business processes, strategy, culture, and BMW Group brands from a local perspective. By rotating through various departments, trainees will develop a well-rounded understanding of the organization and its operations.
