Ongoing OEM training. Many opportunities for growth and advancement. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Trailer Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This role is responsible for repairing, fabricating, and maintaining trailer bodies and components to ensure safety, durability, and quality workmanship. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing solid, reliable work.

Requirements

  • 1+ Welding and fabrication experience
  • Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fabricate metal
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on trailers, truck bodies, or heavy equipment preferred
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding and fabrication on trailer bodies, frames, and components
  • Repair structural damage, floors, doors, roofs, panels, and undercarriages
  • Cut, fit, and assemble metal parts using hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints, measurements, and work orders
  • Perform body repairs including straightening, replacing panels, and reinforcing structures
  • Inspect trailers for damage and determine repair needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
  • Perform body swaps
