About The Position

JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Trailer Repair Technician Department: Maintenance Location: Reports to: Shop Foreman ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Perform t railer DOT inspections . Perform preventative maintenance. Repair all structural aspects of trailers - i.e landing gear, side walls, cross members etc. Replace trailer clutches, brakes, and tires as necessary . Other general trailer duties assigned . QUALIFICATIONS: Must have welding and or have adequate trade school training and experience . Knowledge in refrigeration is a bonus. Must be a team player, hardworking, reliable and able to work a flexible schedule . Must have adequate computer skills to perform duties assigned . Must have proper t o ols to perform the job .
