About The Position

TRA is hiring a full-time Trailer Technician for our Lowell shop. This is a hands-on opportunity to break into the diesel and trailer repair industry with full training and mentorship. Welding and fabrication experience required. 🔧 What You’ll Do in Your First 90 Days Learn how to inspect, repair, and document trailer repairs Assist in lighting, wiring, brake replacement, and door repairs Shadow skilled welders and insulation techs Master shop safety, tools, and repair documentation standards 🌟 About TRA Transport Refrigeration of Northwest Arkansas specializes in temperature control systems for heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and off-highway fleets.
