About The Position
A successful candidate for this position would be an experienced mobile Trailer Mechanic, with a strong understanding of semi-trailer diagnostics and repair. Someone who is self-motivated, safety-minded, enjoys mobile service truck work and is able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
Requirements
- Trailer Mechanic experience required.
- Outdoor, mobile service truck position.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose all trailer systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including but not limited to: ABS, frame, body, doors, tires and electrical systems.
- Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service.
- Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
- Properly operate the mobile Service Truck.
- Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck.
