We’re looking for skilled, motivated Trailer Mechanics to join our team and help keep America’s fleets moving. About the Role Trailer Mechanics are responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing semi-trailers to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. This position calls for strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of trailer systems. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Trailer Mechanic
- Solid understanding of trailer repair and maintenance techniques
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair all major trailer systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace faulty components
- Perform preventive maintenance on ABS, frames, bodies, doors, tires, and electrical systems
- Work independently while delivering high-quality service
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Safely operate a mobile service truck when required
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to maximize fleet uptime
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards

- Starting pay: $25–$35/hr , depending on experience
