We are currently searching for Tank Trailer mechanics with 3-5+ years of tank & trailer repair experience for our Commerce City, CO location! Address: 4850 East 74th Avenue, Commerce City, CO. 80022 Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm. Pay Range: Top pay is dependent on experience. (Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.)

Requirements

Must obtain a High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to fit through a tank trailer manhole
Must be able to work in confined spaces

Nice To Haves

TIG & MIG aluminum, stainless or carbon welding experience (preferred)
Background in confined space entry (preferred)
Resources to become a national board ASME certified welder

Responsibilities

The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
Tank service and repair
Trailer suspension installation and repair
Experience with air brake systems and repairs
Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards (HM183, hazmat)
