About The Position
Pemberton Truck Lines is looking for a skilled Trailer Mechanic to join our team at the Academy Sports Distribution Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of over 200 trailers, ensuring they are in optimal working condition. This role is critical to our operations, as it directly impacts the safety and efficiency of our transportation services. The Trailer Mechanic will work on various systems and components of the trailers, including but not limited to the ABS system, airbags, airlines, and brakes. The position requires a strong understanding of trailer mechanics and the ability to perform DOT inspections, electrical maintenance, and preventive maintenance (PM).
