Requirements
- 3–5 years of trailer and/or heavy-duty diesel repair experience
- Ability to perform intermediate to complex repairs with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Experience with air brake and suspension systems
- Welding experience (aluminum preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL a plus)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification or diesel technology training preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair tank trailers, flatbeds, and heavy-duty trailer systems
- Perform DOT annual inspections and preventative maintenance
- Repair brake systems, air systems, suspensions, lighting, wheel seals, and structural components
- Complete aluminum and steel welding repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic issues with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
