About The Position

The Trailer CDL A Driver plays a pivotal role in the success of our PDI team, including the loading, unloading, maneuvering, pickup and delivery of our product offerings. These products Include but are not limited to Office Trailers, Restroom Trailers, Temporary Fence and Portable Restrooms. Our Trailer CDL A Drivers are responsible for providing productive, safe, and quality work in the field. This role frequently works with the Product Maintenance Team, PDI Team, and customers in the field.

Requirements

  • CDL A Driver's License Required
  • DOT Medical Card Required
  • Detail-oriented and excellent customer service skills
  • Airbrake Endorsement Required
  • 3+ Years of CDL A Required Job Duties
  • Must be able to perform extensive standing, driving, and walking; and lift 50lbs regularly, to transport and stock assigned supplies and materials; to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials.
  • Ability to use a hand truck and tools to help maneuver products
  • Must be able to work outdoors in both extremely hot and cold weather.
  • Must be able to drive a CMV.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 + years in a Delivery/Install-related role with problem-solving skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and quality service to customers when Delivering, Installing, and Picking up products.
  • Deliver and Pickup products to include unloading/loading on site by Liftgate, Placing the Product by Hand, or Tools Provided, Set-up and Leveling, and performing QA Checks for Cleanliness and Repairs.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork on site with Customers and return it to the PDI Team.
  • Complete all assigned service appointments, communicating throughout the day with the PDI Team.
  • Keep service appointment progress updated in real time, and work with PDI Team to receive additional instructions.
  • Work in a safe manner as required and use proper safety equipment.
  • Use personal protective equipment and clothing as directed and provided.
  • Report any safety hazards, accidents/incidents, and customer concerns in a timely manner to department leaders
  • Complete Pre and Post Trips Daily to remain compliant and ensure safe vehicle operation.
  • Check In at Beginning and End of Shift with department leaders for further instruction.
  • Keep vehicle Clean, Organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • May be required to work evenings and weekends.
  • All other duties as assigned.
