About The Position

The Larimer County Conservation Corps (LCCC) is actively recruiting for the position of Trail Crew Member. This is a temporary position from June 16 to August 14, where crew members will perform various trail maintenance and rock work in Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest, working alongside US Forest Service Staff. Crew members will camp at various designated and dispersed campgrounds near the work site. The position offers an opportunity to gain natural resource field experience while contributing to climate action goals in Northern Colorado.

Requirements

• Background working in a team environment
• Proficient troubleshooting and conflict management skills
• Previous conservation work experience

Responsibilities

• Complete trail improvement and construction projects throughout Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest
• Report directly to the crew leader
