Pay Rates Based on Distance from Office Leads receive additional $.50/hr Regular Pay (0-50 miles) - $18.50 Travel Pay (51-80 miles) - $19.50 Over 80 Miles Reg Pay - $20.50 Over 100 Miles Reg Pay - $25.00 Fuel Program Every Monday, we check the average cost of regular fuel in Michigan for the current pay period. When fuel is $4.00 to $4.99 per gallon, you will receive a $20 reimbursement for fuel. When fuel is $5.00+ per gallon that week, you will receive a $40 reimbursement.
