Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, with experience in Workamajig preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps for Business
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining professionalism and upholding agency standards.

Responsibilities

  • Workflow Management: Schedule and prioritize work assignments to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with department heads and project managers to allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
  • Communication Liaison: Facilitate productive discussions to resolve scheduling conflicts and address client needs.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate workflow processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to streamline workflow efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
  • Proactively address issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Resource Optimization: Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize idle time.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify resource gaps and address staffing needs.
  • Maintain a balanced workload across teams to optimize efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
  • Support capacity planning across agency teams to help ensure work is evenly distributed and deadlines are met.
  • Client Satisfaction: Foster positive relationships with clients by ensuring clear communication and meeting project deadlines.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations and enhance satisfaction levels.
