Lochner – learn more about us Your impact: Support junior staff and help grow the traffic department. Conduct signal timing studies, evaluation of signal systems, and adaptive signal systems. Design ITS, traffic signal, and lighting systems. Design complex traffic control during construction plans. Develop signing and pavement marking plans. Analyze intersection and highway levels of service Conduct field reviews to identify safety and operational issues. Coordinate work tasks and reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of work. Clearly communicate work through drawings, documents, reports, and verbal exchange. Prepare Final Design plans specifications, and estimates. Coordinate internal traffic work to support other Lochner offices. Participating in project scoping, fee estimating and proposal activities
