About The Position
The Traffic Engineer (Civil Engineer IV) position within the Department of Transportation and Environmental Services (T&ES) is responsible for overseeing the City's Streetlighting and Wayfinding programs, as well as managing and maintaining the City's traffic control devices. This role involves ensuring compliance with traffic control standards, conducting field evaluations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the safety and efficiency of the City's transportation system.
