About the position
Under limited supervision, oversees traffic engineering projects including design, construction documentation, surveying, bid and construction administration, and performs the managerial, supervisory, and administrative functions of the engineering design.
Responsibilities
- Oversee traffic engineering projects including design and construction documentation.
- Manage surveying, bid, and construction administration.
- Perform managerial, supervisory, and administrative functions of engineering design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Five (5) years of direct work experience related to traffic design engineering.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License in the State of Tennessee.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice-to-haves
- Ten (10) years of direct work experience related to traffic design engineering.
