About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Traffic Directors for on-call opportunities to start immediately.

Position Summary: A Traffic Director provides superior customer service and support to all users of the facility. Duties include customer service, directing traffic, maintaining the flow of traffic, ensuring that the area immediately around them is clear of obstacles, and assisting the manager/supervisor as is needed.

Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old.
• High School degree preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full.
• Flag Drivers in the correct direction.
• Assisting Supervisor to make necessary traffic direction changes with urgency.
• Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.
