About The Position

The Traffic Director (non-driving) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by guiding vehicles safely. Working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role ensures smooth guest arrivals and departures while creating a positive and welcoming experience for all attendees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period.
• Pass and maintain a clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, dressed in a clean and complete uniform, with proper grooming to maintain a professional image.
• Properly complete a vehicle damage survey and accurately record the parking location on each claim ticket.
• Efficiently, safely, and effectively direct vehicles to designated parking spots.
• Follow proper attendance and timekeeping processes, including clocking in and out for shifts and breaks.
• Attend all required staff meetings and complete training modules within the designated timeframes.
• Use and maintain the necessary equipment and supplies needed for your role.
• Foster a work-friendly atmosphere by contributing to a positive team environment.
• Maintain a high level of communication and service with guests and clients.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Always adhere to personal and vehicle safety precautions.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support operational and financial goals.
