About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Customer service experience
• Excellent phone skills with a professional phone presence
• Excellent writing ability
• Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to interact with customers and follow through quickly with problem resolution
• Ability to work in a warehouse/office environment
• Flexibility to work earlier or later to complete daily tasks
• Self-starter who is motivated and works well independently with little supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AS400, WMS, and SAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers
• Maintain Daily/Weekly reports
• Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services
• Serve as point of contact for the Drivers
• Perform various administrative duties, including Ace Retailer packing list and BOLs
