The Traffic Coordinator will coordinate the administration of corporate fleet operations and related activities, performing various work activities and tasks in relation to traffic movements and equipment. This role involves coordinating and tracing all freight movements, including warehouse transfers, raw material pick-ups, outside vendor pick-ups, and other required traffic movements. The Traffic Coordinator will also provide shipper summary reports of all outgoing freight to customers and maintain accurate records of all new store-opening orders to completion. Additionally, the position requires preparing and maintaining all carrier information and files, maintaining a computer database (ITLS), and processing freight bills while confirming rates and resolving freight issues.
