About The Position
The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for calling in purchase orders, building loads, and scheduling freight. This role involves direct interaction with HbI customers, such as Walmart and Target, to manage outbound freight from the VSC. The coordinator will also work directly with drivers who are picking up loads. Additional responsibilities include managing all invoicing, cut case alerts, and responding to customer shipments and necessary documents. The position also entails running trial and final Bill of Ladings and managing systematic dock locations.
