About The Position

Anchor Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Traffic Coordinator I to manage specialized customer accounts such as Amazon, Starbucks, and Disney. This role ensures vendor compliance, oversees inventory and shipping reports, and coordinates freight logistics from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Excel, freight management systems, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PC Miler, Innatrak, and LTL rating tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Release and manage daily orders with a 5-day schedule
• Coordinate freight for specialized and Canadian customers
• Track and report backorders and high-profile shipments
• Liaise with internal departments, carriers, and customers
• Maintain traffic documentation and delivery schedules
• Assist in freight costing, routing, and scheduling
