The Traffic Coordinator position is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicular traffic in designated areas while providing exceptional hospitality services. You will be responsible for issuing valet parking tickets to patients and guests, adhering to our mystery shop standards with each arrival. Additionally, you will uphold the site management team's parking policies and procedures, park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, and assist guests with their luggage during arrival and departure. This role requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to maintain composure under pressure, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. As a Traffic Coordinator, you will engage with guests, assist with inquiries, and provide information about the surrounding area and main attractions. You will also be responsible for maintaining guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements and collecting data related to parking operations. This position is vital in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests, contributing to the overall success of Towne Park's hospitality services.
