About The Position
The Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) at MOT Plans is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of work zones by reviewing and executing temporary traffic control plans. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Facility Managers and Project Managers, to maintain safe traffic flow and protect workers in high-traffic environments. The TCS will oversee the setup and maintenance of traffic control devices, coordinate onsite personnel, and provide training and support to flaggers and other team members.
