Requirements

• Previous experience in traffic control or similar role required (preferred).
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of traffic control procedures and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate traffic control operations on job sites.
• Train and supervise crew members in traffic control procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform site assessments and ensure proper placement of traffic control devices.
• Coordinate with local authorities and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure that all equipment and materials are available for the crew.
• Inspect work zones to ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Provide feedback to crew members and address any performance issues.
