What You’ll Do:As an entry-level Traffic Control Crew Member (Traffic Flaggers), you will: Set up and maintain safe construction work zones Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development. Requirements

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Availability Monday–Friday during daytime hours
Physical endurance – Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain safe construction work zones
Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients
Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry
