Responsibilities What You’ll Do:As an entry-level Traffic Control Crew Member (Traffic Flaggers), you will: Set up and maintain safe construction work zones Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM - late afternoon)
- Physical endurance – Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
