Experienced Traffic Control Flagger – Central PA (Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, & York Counties) PAY: $18.50 for experienced traffic control flaggers living in the following counties : Cumberland Dauphin Lancaster York Bring your experience to a company that values safety, professionalism, and growth. This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.)
- Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon)
- Physical endurance – Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones
- Control traffic flow and ensure public safety
- Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting
- Mentor newer crew members and help drive site efficiency
