The Traffic Control Designer III is responsible for designing and drafting temporary traffic control plans for various construction projects in the public right-of-way. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and adherence to standards set by the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and the Work Area Traffic Control Handbook (WATCH). The designer will also oversee and train junior designers, ensuring the delivery of safe and accurate traffic control plans.
