About The Position

The Traffic Control Attendant at SP+ Corporation is responsible for managing the flow of traffic in parking facilities, ensuring that vehicles are parked appropriately, and maintaining a clean and presentable lot. This seasonal position emphasizes customer service and safety, requiring attendants to assist customers, report hazards, and communicate effectively with management.

Requirements

• Less than High School education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be present at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Assist customers courteously by answering questions.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility or Senior Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc., to Facility or Senior Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
• Assist Facility or Senior Manager with other duties as needed.
