About The Position

As a Traffic Control Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for hundreds of churchgoers arriving for worship. Your presence helps create a smooth, welcoming experience by ensuring vehicles move safely and efficiently throughout the parking areas.

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable directing traffic and being on your feet for 6+ hours
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communicator with a calm, courteous demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Prior traffic or event control experience is helpful but not required we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicle flow into, out of, and around the church parking areas
• Maintain a safe environment for both drivers and pedestrians
• Provide clear, respectful communication to guests and team members
• Monitor traffic patterns and adjust as needed
• Represent the church with positivity, patience, and professionalism
