About The Position

Requirements

• Organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Parking related experience is preferred.
• Basic technical education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and direct traffic effectively.
• Assist customers with parking payment processes and resolve issues.
• Conduct weather patrols and assist with lot counts.
• Adjust counters in parking lots and report equipment and safety issues.
• Issue parking violation notices and maintain records.
• Coordinate with property security for parking-related issues.
• Maintain and operate parking equipment during shifts.
• Control lot revenues and keep accurate records of work performed.
• Ensure the parking site is clean and free of obstacles.
• Make suggestions for improving job performance and consult with supervisors.
