About The Position

Part time Support warehouse and transportation with auditing and recording inbound and outbound product shipment data and updating customer orders accordingly. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound product shipments Edit customer orders in the warehouse management system (WMS) Ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping and receiving documents Prepare outgoing mail and sort and distribute incoming mail Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

Responsibilities
