The Traffic Assistant is an entry-level position that supports TV Programming and TV/Radio traffic operations. The Traffic Assistant is responsible for accurate data entry in program spreadsheets and Protrack, maintaining records related to program offers, contracts, insertion orders, and agreements. Additionally, the Traffic Assistant ensures accurate program scheduling, database management, and reconciliation of daily TV and radio program logs in compliance with FCC regulations and AZPM guidelines. The Traffic Assistant also implements program changes, distributes listings, and coordinates messaging with internal teams and PTV personnel for the delivery of original AZPM programming. Additional responsibilities include e-name entry and reporting duties to support programming operations.
