The Traffic-Executive Assistant will be responsible for entering precise traffic instructions/materials as well as maintaining daily log placements to maximize inventory and revenue within the WideOrbit Traffic system. They will also be responsible for the accuracy of the administrative duties outlined in this description. Candidates must have solid organizational skills and demonstrated ability to use good judgment able to multi-task and switch seamlessly between competing priorities. Must be able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Requires high-level attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate with multiple departments to achieve business objectives. Supporting the Vice President/General Manager, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and diplomacy. Handle sensitive and confidential business matters. This role requires responsiveness, organization, attention to detail, and the independent judgment needed to plan, prioritize, and organize in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. The ideal candidate views themselves as an extension of the executives and departments they support and as an extension of the leadership team’s brand.
