About The Position
The Traditional Mental Health Worker at Chief Seattle Club plays a vital role in supporting the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health of urban Native people. This position works closely with the Chief Traditional Officer to create a culturally affirming environment that promotes healing and wellness through trauma-informed practices and traditional cultural tools. The worker will engage with members and residents both individually and in group settings, ensuring that the services provided are grounded in Native culture and responsive to the needs of the community.
