About The Position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Contributes to the success of the team by actively participating in shared responsibilities and goals. Completes a variety of client transactions in an accurate and efficient manner. Upholds numerous compliance and regulatory requirements while operating in a time pressured environment. Engages in client communication to determine and meet various needs and expectations. Seizes opportunities to continue education that improves skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in a client service industry preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Citizens National Bank
- Proficient in technology based systems
- Proficient in professional written and verbal communication
- Supports staffing needs by traveling to different branch locations as assigned; travel and reliable transportation are required.
- General hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM and Fridays from 7:30AM to 6:00PM.
