The position is for an Application Support Analyst located in Midtown Manhattan, NYC, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 3 days onsite per week. The role involves supporting globally the ION and other platforms, focusing on providing BAU production support issues/user inquiries and aligning processes and procedures with global support teams to ensure service agreements are met and quality is maintained for production systems supporting the FI businesses.
