About The Position

As a Trading Services Associate l within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services. You will be expected to leverage your proficiency in change management and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform. Your role will also allow you to keep developing your relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting insights to senior management, and driving process improvements. Your decisions will contribute and impact on short-term team and department goals, and you will often guide others in their work activities, contributing to the overall success of our trading services.

Requirements

  • Hold an undergraduate degree.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of sophisticated financial products.
  • Exhibit advanced Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Possess 2-3 years’ experience with alternative investments and/or alternative investment operations.
  • Hold Series 99 or Series 7 certification.

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert in all aspects of a designated set of alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and real estate funds.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Investor community for JPMorganChase’s alternative investment products.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with hedge/private equity funds and fund administrators.
  • Instruct and coordinate subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers with hedge fund administrators.
  • Support and facilitate capital calls and capital distributions for private equity funds.
  • Process and record alternative investment transaction bookings accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with the pricing and reconciliation of hedge and private equity fund positions.
  • Produce and deliver ad-hoc reporting for senior management as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal Structuring, Investor Relations, Client Service, and Due Diligence teams, as well as external fund partners.
