About The Position
The Trading and Operations Specialist supports the Washington Crossing Advisors (WCA) Trading and Operations team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and coordination of trading activities. Washington Crossing Advisors is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp.
Requirements
- Knowledge of composite construction.
- Strong ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Required: 5+ years of related experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg and FactSet.
- Knowledge of InData and Vestmark.
Responsibilities
- Develop portfolio setup and maintenance related to account setup, compliance, and documentation on InData and Vestmark systems.
- Coordinate regulatory and performance reporting.
- Process billing and accounting for external business.
- Prepare model trades for dual contracts and model portfolios.
- Assist with operational projects.
