About The Position

Trillium is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to help ensure the firm's trading infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently. This individual will serve as a critical link between traders and the technical support team, helping to resolve real-time issues, manage equipment and workstations, and support core systems that keep our trading operations running at peak performance.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and resolve technical issues under pressure
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems and desktop support best practices
• Comfortable interacting with end users in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in a tech support, IT help desk, or operations role preferred
• Exposure to trading or financial services environments a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for trader technical inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
• Troubleshoot and escalate IT-related issues affecting traders and staff
• Assemble and configure new trader workstations, including hardware and software installation
• Maintain and regularly audit system performance across trader machines
• Manage trading floor logistics, including seating chart updates and workstation relocations
• Maintain and update records in the internal ticketing system for technical issue resolution
• Attend Feature Prioritization meetings to provide context on trader issues and support prioritization
• Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for proprietary trading applications
