About The Position
Engineers Gate (EG) is a leading systematic quantitative investment company which operates globally. We are a team of researchers, engineers, and financial industry professionals using statistical models to generate superior investment returns. EG’s investment teams are supported by the firm’s proprietary, state-of-the-art technology and data platform. As part of a global team, the Trading Assistant will cover all critical aspects of trading operations and live trading including monitoring all job failures and alerts, manual trading, trade reconciliations, trade allocations, etc. This is an exciting opportunity for an extremely organized and detailed person to join a growing team working closely alongside, and learning from, two seasoned career traders. This role is best suited for a top tier, well-rounded individual who is a team player, can learn and adapt quickly, works well under pressure, thinks on their feet, is able to multi-task, and has consistent follow through.
